“The power of Prayer”
One of The Best Weapons we(believers) have is the ‘Weapon of Prayer’.
Prayer is so powerful that the enemy and his demons will try and steal this weapon from you; or better yet just isolate you from using this weapon. First they will try to block your prayers through distraction and secondly by making you doubt. “God’s not listening to you”, or ” how can God hear you when your just a sinner?”. Ignore the lies of the enemy. God loves you unconditionally!
The Lord God Almighty invites His people to pray to Him. Prayer to God should be made persistently (Luke 18:1), with Thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6), in Faith (James 1:5), in Jesus[Yeshua’s] Name (John 14:13) and from a Heart right with God (James 5:16).
The Lord God Almighty hears the prayers of His Children. He commands us to pray, and He promises to listen to our prayers when we call out to Him. (Psalm 18:6) “In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.”
Praying to the True Living God is very “powerful”, but this power does not flow from us; it is not special words we say or the special way we say these words. The “Power of Prayer” is not based on certain positions of our bodies. The truth is the Power of prayer comes from The Omnipotent [All powerful] One who hears our prayers and answers them. Prayer places us in direct contact with God Almighty. This connection is better than any bluetooth connection. Although we pray in the natural; we are praying to A Supernatural God who will answer our petitions with Supernatural Results.
According to studies from Health.com the human Blood is more than 90% water. Thats a huge percentage of water in the human body. This blood carries oxygen to different parts of your body. Adult humans are 60% water.
So it’s apparent to me that water is essential to our everyday life. Water is essential for the proper functions of the human body. Drinking water is good for the functions of the kidneys, weight loss, and can help reduce the chance of heart disease. You need to drink 7 glasses of water a day.
75% of All Adults do not drink enough water everyday; but water is very necessary for us. Studies have shown that a person can go up to 21 days without food, but can only survive one week without water. Water is important! Drink Up!!!!
We have all heard it said before- ‘”regular exercise is good for you” & it can help you lose weight.” Too often we don’t make time to exercise. We have family problems, work, a 2nd job and school. We neglect our fitness life altogether. Theres good news though; it’s never too late to start! Today would be great since “tomorrow’s” are not promised.
Regular physical exercise can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and Nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.
Physical exercise can also improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer, and heart problems. Exercise is very important to our everyday activities.
Working out and exercising can:
-Make you feel Happier- Exercise has been shown to improve your overall mood and decrease your feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress.
-Help with weight loss- Inactivity can increase weight gain and is a major Factor in obesity.
-Increase your energy levels- Exercise can be a real energy booster for health and help those suffering with various medical conditions.
-Reduce your risk of Chronic pain and Disease- The lack of working out/exercise is a primary cause of chronic pain and disease. Regular exercise has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular fitness and body composition, yet decrease blood pressure and Body fat levels.
-Help your brain Health and memory- Exercise can improve brain function and protect memory and thinking skills.
-Help you Quit Smoking- Exercise can help you give up smoking
-Increase your chances of living longer- Studies show that physical exercise and activity can reduce your risk of dying early from the leading causes of death; like heart disease and some cancers.

I would like to say I am walking into this week like…💃” but honestly, I am hardly walking, I am more like treading. Sometimes, when I feel led, I’ll second guess, almost like, “Are you sure about this, Lord? Because it doesn’t seem like the best or easiest or most comfortable plan …” But I am realising more and more that I don’t know what’s coming, and rather than fussing over it and trying to question it all, I just have to relax, pray and let God be God…
Friends it’s OK not to be OK and have it all together. When David became weary with moaning. God didn’t become weary with listening. (Psalm 6:6-9) The God of all comfort keeps watch over your weeping. He gathers up all your tears and put them in His bottle.(Psalm 56:8) Like a doting mother sitting besides her childs sickbed, God marks every…

Far too Many times we try to run the course of our own lives. Leaning on our feelings and thoughts. But God has commanded us to Trust Him with All of our Heart.
Since God is for us and want us to succeed He never places too much on us that we cannot handle. He is for our well being. So the Grace God gives is always greater than the problems we face.
Today: “Trust God”
A Strong Man works out to keep
His body in shape, but A “Man of Strength” kneels In prayer to keep his Soul in shape……..
A strong Man isn’t afraid of anything, but
“A Man of Strength” shows courage in the midst of fear……..
A Strong man won’t let anyone get the best of him, but
“A Man of Strength gives his best to everyone…….
A Strong man makes mistakes and tries to avoid the same in the future,
but “A Man of Strength” knows that life’s mistakes can Be God’s Blessings. So he uses them for that purpose….
A Strong man tries not to fall in Life, but “A Man of Strength” knows that God will catch him when he falls…..
A Strong Man is confident and exalts himself, but
“A Man of Strength” carries the gifts of humbleness and grace…..
A Strong man has Faith that he is strong enough for life’s journey, but
“A Man of Strength”
knows it’s only in that journey he will be made Strong…..
